New Image Guidelines
To qualify for a rebate, your submitted photos are crucial. The technical team uses these images to verify that our installation guidelines have been followed, ensuring customers get the best performance from their SuperFOIL.
Please review our image guidelines to understand what we’re looking for.
Member Spotlight
This month we wanted to highlight the work of Cameron Andrews from Insulation installed and removed.

These are perfect examples of the kind of before, during and after pictures that we are looking for. A clear demonstration of the process and how they have adhered to the specifications provided to them by the technical team. The final result is a beautifully clear loft space, which means the whole house is going to benefit from the full thermal impact of the SuperFOIL due to the removal of mineral wool and proper installation.
We want YOUR ideas
We’re taking a look at what we can do to update and improve the benefits that we provide to AIP members.
Given that this is a decision that is going to have an effect on all of our members, we’d love to hear your thoughts on the subject.
This is your chance to receive greater benefits, by being part of the Approved Installer Programme.
Welcome Back to the Technical Corner
What Makes Detailed Photos Such an Important Part of Your SuperFOIL Installations?
When an Approved Installer submits a job using SuperFOIL, providing clear and detailed photos isn’t just a formality — it’s a crucial part of the process. Photos help us verify that the product has been installed correctly and in line with SuperFOIL’s installation guidelines. They allow us to assess the quality of the work, identify any potential issues early, and provide technical support if needed.
Just as importantly, detailed photographic evidence is essential for claiming your rebate on SuperFOIL products. Without the right images, we can’t verify the installation — and unfortunately, that means we can’t process the rebate.
What should your photos show?
To make sure your submission is accepted, be sure to include clear images that show:
- SuperFOIL installed with the correct air gaps (as specified for the product used);
- Any removed spray foam where applicable, to show the substrate is suitable;
- Overlaps, taping, and fixing details;
- Full views of the installation area, as well as close-ups of key details;
- Any additional elements required by the installation method you’re following;
Submitting clear, comprehensive photos not only speeds up your rebate but helps ensure every project meets SuperFOIL standards — keeping quality high and customers happy.
If there are any questions please reach out to technical@superfoil.co.uk
Cheers!
Andrew Norman,
Technical Services Executive
