Customer is renovating the property and my company is undertaking some of the works needed to be done they discussed the best way to insulate the external walls so i explained that we can install this type of product efficiently and less cost than the already advised solid insulation36 boards

Supply and install approximately 42m² of SuperFOIL SF19+ insulation to both pitched loft spaces, including around 9 lap vents for ventilation. Treat affected timber for mould, complete the installation in line with manufacturer requirements, and leave the work areas clean and tidy.

We have removed the old plasterboard and have superfoiled. Once you check that the superfoil is done correctly we will proceed with adding batons and plaster and proceed skimming.

Sf19+ under rafter insulation Membrane lap vents fitted 50m2 minimum charge 75mm mineral wool installation

Apply Anti-Fungal treatment to the loft area. Supply and install Multi-Foil to approximately 50m² of loft area. Loft measurement from floor joist to ridge is approximately 2m. Ensure the Multi-Foil is properly fitted and secured throughout the designated loft area. Leave the loft area clean and tidy upon completion.

Superfoil Install Remove fibreglass Wood Treatment remove items from loft and put them back up after we have installed the superfoil

Loft 1 (with timber ladders – better access in hallway) a) Existing floorboards are to be lifted so we can remove the fibreglass underneath.
